Kimiko Barber has written a book called The Chopstick Diet. The book does not only have a very curious name but what she says is even more so. She actually believes that people who eat with chopsticks are slim because they have it with chopsticks!! Her reasons for it would make the matter clearer.
Eating With Chopsticks Can Make You Lose Weight!!
The reasons why eating with chopsticks would make us slimmer is that in that way we would take more time to eat our food which in turn would mean taking a longer time to eat. The human brain takes twenty minutes to realise that it is full; so when we gobble up our food we don’t realise that we have over eaten.
When one uses chopsticks they can eat only smaller portions each time, so that will enable the eater to take more time to eat and eventually eat less.
Taking smaller portions also have other uses like chewing it better, making it more digestible.
So head for the market to have the chopsticks, if you want to try this out.
