Researchers in Japan analyzed the effect of apple cider vinegar on mice. One group of mice was given vinegar compound and another group of mice was given water. The mice were then given high fat food. The researchers observed that the mice which were given vinegar developed about 10% less body fat when compared to the mice which did not receive vinegar. This study shows that vinegar may indeed help in weight loss.
