Sunsigns Speak About Weight Loss
Do you believe that Astrology can predict on your diet and eating habits. Thereby, also proving if can lose weight. This is a small effort from my side to prove the dependence of overweight and Astrology.
AQUARIUS (20 Jan – 18 Feb)
Aquarian is self-protective . He doesn’t reveal his feelings. To admit that he needs to lose weight is very difficult. His diet usually suffers due to his busy life. But his calm and logical mind along with his strong determination makes the weight loss program successful.
Aquarians get easily carried by Fad diets, herbal supplements and diet pills. But Aquarians accept the necessity of the weight loss. A low-fat diet and regular exercise is a must to avoid circulatory diseases. Aquarians take their weight loss procedure as a matter of fun. They do not panic.
CAPRICORN (22 Dec – 19 Jan)
Capricorn Man believes he knows the best. Nothing can pursue him for weight loss unless he realizes it himself. He follows a very restricted diets though a sensible diet plan can also be effective. His good organizing skills help him to include diet plans into his busy life.
Capricorn dieters are very single-minded. If they decide to lose weight, then they will lose weight fast. They are attracted to a strict diet plan.
SAGITTARIUS (22 Nov – 21 Dec)
They are impatient and fail to plan. Lack of commitment and avoidance of restrictions never make their diet plan successful. Sagittarian men love food and drinks. They hardly make efforts to reduce fat, sugar or alcohol. Sagittarius man likes to take risk with his health.
They begin weight loss diet with great enthusiasm. Sagittarian dieters need a varied diet plan. Weight loss for hips and thighs is difficult. Sagittarians want to lose weight fast. They love exercises.
SCORPIO (23 Oct – 21 Nov)
They are self-destructive. They may start a weight loss program only if their cholesterol or blood pressure is high. They cannot follow a diet plan as they like living on their own way. He sticks to this diet plan until he reaches his weight loss goal.
They are able to follow strict diets. They are very enthusiastic and organized which makes weight loss a certainty. In Scorpio, fast weight loss is easier than other signs.
LIBRA (23 Sept – 22 Oct)
Libra men think weight loss is not that easy. They have slower metabolism. They dislike exercise and discipline. They hope their fat gets lost on its own. Libra men may be attracted to fad diets. Libra men are handsome but can ruin their good looks.
They hope their obesity goes away with time. They like sweets. They adapt very well to new situations.
VIRGO (23 August – 22 Sept)
Weight loss is difficult. They are very critical about themselves. They want fast methods of losing weight. They pay careful attention to everything they do and also are very practical.
Virgos desire for perfection. They have high energies which makes them do exercises. They are very organized about their diet plans. They care a lot about their health. They are not carried away by fad diets.
LEO (23 July – 22 August)
Leo men take up new things with great spirit. They give up easily. They get easily upset by small deviations from their plan. They never accept anybody’s advise due to their stubbornness. But the desire to look good makes them good dieters.
Leos are drawn to fad diets. They get attracted to weight loss gimmicks and false promises of fast weight loss very easily. Their desire to succeed helps them to fulfill their dream of weight loss. They can plan weight loss program for their family also along with their own.
CANCER (21 June – 22 July)
Weight loss is difficult for Cancer men. They love food. Many of them even work in the food industry. They suffer from eating disorders. They spend more time worrying about their health rather than finding a solution. They stick to a plan on long term basis until they get results.
Cancerian women can spend years worrying about obesity. But they rarely take any step. They are very good cooks which make them fat but also helps them cooking good food when on diet. They have great patience.
GEMINI (21 May – 20 June)
Gemini men are attracted to quick results. They hate strict diet plans. They have great enthusiasm in accepting new things. They can perform two things at one time.
Geminis are always lucky in terms of weight loss and diet. Geminis love change, so they take up new diets with great sporty feeling. They get bored if slow progress occurs. They are not fooled by fad diets.
TAURUS (20 April-20 May)
They love energy-rich, sweet food. They dislike taking any physical strains, not even exercise.
They like a sensible diet and are not attracted to fad diets. They do not lose weight fast. They can stick to one plan even if their progress is slow.
ARIES (21 March – 19 April)
Weight loss diet is not appealing to them. They may start with enthusiasm but get bored easily. They only go for a plan only when they get their first bit of fat.
Ariens start with great enthusiasm, but soon give up to move on something new. They cannot stick to one diet due to their dislike to restrictions and impulsive behavior. But their strong interest in appearance helps them in taking up weight loss programs.
PISCES (19 Feb – 20 Mar)-
Piscean men are emotional. They feel great about their little success and get depressed easily if something goes wrong. They do not like routine and discipline. Pisces men are not easily fooled. Their willingness to try new things makes them fat.
Whenever they decide about a diet plan, they straight away go for an ice cream. Piscean dieters organize very well. Once they think of doing diet plans, they complete it. They enjoy good food.
