Baby Fat – How to Get Rid Of Baby Fat on Cheeks

Baby fat is supposed to disappear by the time you reach your teenage years, or sometime after adolescence. However, if your cheeks have not thinned out, there are some steps you can take to improve their appearance.

How to Get Rid of Baby Fat from Cheeks

  • Massage Regularly. Massage your face at least twice a day. For a gentle massage oil, mix 2 teaspoons of sweet almond oil with 3 to 4 drops of essential lemon oil. Massage your entire face and neck with this mixture in an upward direction with smooth strokes, starting right from the base of the neck up to the forehead. This will rejuvenate your skin by pushing the toxins and retained water out of your face and toning the skin.
  • Exercising facial muscles is very important. To exercise facial muscles, open your jaw and eyes and wide like you would to scream. Try to hold the position for some time. This activity will stretch your muscles, which will help in removing the excess fat from your cheeks.
  • Another way of exercising your facial skin is to choose some dramatic face expression and keep performing it again and again. This will help in removing your excess fat from your cheeks.
  • Eat a reduced-calorie, high-fiber diet to support weight loss all over your body – including your face.
  • Avoid junk food.
